This program is not for the faint of heart. If you are serious about lifting and have had experience lifting, but need something new and a little direction, this program is for you.

This program involves (4) one month programs that will increase your strength, muscle mass and help you burn fat with the metabolic finishers that are included in the bonuses which are great to do first thing in the morning. By doing this it will teach your metabolism to fire on all cylinders from the get go.

The exercises in the program are varied from month to month in order to keep it interesting and there will be some mobility, corrective exercises and bodyweight exercises in there too to make sure you can still do work if you are on a work trip as well as remain injury free. Also, by clicking on each exercise a video will pop up to show you and give you coaching cues to perform the exercise properly in case you need a refresher.

The program will be on a printable template so you can actually take it with you to the gym so you can keep track of your sets, reps and weights.
