Behavioral Change Program
Awareness will be raised through establishing values, goal setting, and planning, cognitive-behavioral coaching, habit design, accountability, and evaluation.
The program will be in the form of daily email correspondence with the turn around time of no more than 24 hours for the first month and tapering to 3 emails a week with the same turn around time.
Elite Training Program
This Elite Training Program will coincide with your current nutrition and fitness training program. It is a strengths-based program that is designed to help clients identify and modify or transform behavior. With the help of the coach, the client will identify areas of desired change through increasing awareness of the desired change, making the choice to make a change, and executing a plan of action to create the change
